There are some REALLY good points in here.
Pretending racism doesn't exist and making the person who feels it think they're the ones with the problem is NOT going to make it go away.
Yes, sometimes people might see racism where it really isn't, or where it is ignorance instead.
But racism still exists, and when it does surface, the victims need to be validated.
